RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

If the Customer is a consumer or user, they have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day of delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post with acknowledgment of receipt, or an email) to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of this right before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received—excluding delivery costs, where applicable—no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed in writing of the decision to withdraw.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the buyer expressly agrees otherwise. The Gallery may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the Customer has provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
The goods must be returned or delivered directly to the Gallery's address without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date the decision to withdraw is communicated to us. The deadline is met if the goods are returned before the said period has expired.

The buyer exercising the right of withdrawal shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The Customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts concerning:
The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

4. Buyer's Responsibility

The merchandise will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the buyer on the
order form.
Once the product has been delivered, it becomes the buyer's responsibility.
Likewise, responsibility passes to the buyer from the moment the
merchandise is handed over to the transport company chosen by the Customer.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal, if the product received shows damage resulting from transport (unless the Customer has contracted a carrier of their choice) or manufacturing defects, the Customer must notify the Gallery within 48 hours of receipt via email at arte@silviasennacheribbo.com, attaching photographs of the damage.

The Gallery will evaluate the case and may offer, as appropriate:
Replacement of the artwork (if possible), or a full or partial refund, as applicable.
All costs associated with the return will be borne by the Gallery only if liability for the damage or defect is confirmed.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the
buyer.
Refund processing times depend on the bank or financial institution
and may take up to 15 business days from the acceptance of the return.

8. Products collected by the Customer's own carrier

For international shipments, the Customer may use their own carrier to
collect the artwork from the Gallery, provided they supply the shipping documents
proving the export.

The Gallery is not liable for damage, loss, or incidents occurring during transport arranged by the Customer.

9. Changes to the return and refund policy

SENART GRANADOS SL reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt to legislative, operational, or logistical changes.
Updated versions will be available on the website, indicating the date of the last
update.
