SHIPPING POLICY

1. Scope: This policy governs the shipping of artworks and products purchased from the SENART GRANADOS SL online store (www.silviasennacheribbogaleria.com). It applies to all orders placed by domestic and international customers.

2. Shipping zones

Spanish mainland: Standard shipping available.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Please inquire about additional costs.
Rest of the European Union: Shipping available subject to the indicated conditions.

3. Delivery times and address

Goods will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the buyer on the
relevant form.
Estimated delivery times:
Spain (excluding Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla): 2 to 5 business days.
Rest of the European Union: 5 to 7 business days.
United States: 7 to 15 business days.

These timeframes are service estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery on
a specific date.

For international shipments within the EU, a shipping cost estimate will be calculated,
and a quote will be sent to the buyer upon request.

Alternatively, the client may use their own shipping company to
collect the artwork from the gallery’s premises, provided they supply
shipping records proving the artwork's export.

All costs associated with export—such as customs clearance charges,
fees, and local taxes—shall be borne by the buyer.

4. Packaging and transport

The gallery guarantees the artwork is in perfect condition at the time of
collection from its premises, where its condition is verified prior to
packaging according to professional protection standards.
Shipments are carried out via reputable transport companies or
those specializing in fine art.

5. Receipt and claims

If the estimated delivery time has passed and the goods have not been
delivered—and no issue has been reported—the buyer must notify the
gallery via email without delay, within a reasonable timeframe.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the condition of the order upon
receipt and to submit any claim within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery.
Once this period has elapsed, the gallery accepts no liability for any issues.
Upon delivery of the product, responsibility for the artwork passes to the buyer.

6. Shipping costs

Costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, order value, and destination.
They will be clearly stated prior to order confirmation.
The client agrees to pay these costs upon confirming the purchase.

7. International shipping and customs

For orders to be delivered outside Spain, the client is
responsible for paying any applicable taxes, tariffs, or customs duties.
The gallery is not liable for delays, holds, or additional costs
arising from customs procedures.

8. Shipping policy amendments

SENART GRANADOS SL reserves the right to modify this policy to
reflect changes in regulations, transport costs, or services. Any changes
will be published on the website, indicating the date of the last update.
